Is the helicopter able to land everywhere?

No. The Italian regulations impose some restrictions regarding the landing-sites. We reach and accompany our clients to all approved landing sites that Italian airports, not connected by national airlines can reach,and when possible to any public or private location, in accordance with security, safety rules and regulations of the governing body of civil aviation in Italy [ENAC] and/or the local authorities.

What kind of permission is needed for the landing in my private property?

To realise transport from/to a private property we need written authorisation from the owner of the property [as per Ministerial Decree dated 8/8/03].

How many passengers can be transported by a helicopter?

Our different models of helicopters are able to transport from 1 up to 12 persons. We will choose the right model capable of meeting all of your requirements. Group transfers via several helicopters or by shuttle may also be arranged.

Are children allowed on board?

Yes. For safety and insurance requirements infants must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 years and above. Infants aged up to and including 23 months are not counted as fare passengers.

What is my baggage allowance?

The baggage allowance is one medium bag per person, soft and not exceeding 20Kg,s. You are also permitted to carry a small peice of hand luggage ( not more than 5Kg) in the cabin which you may be required to keep under your seat or in your hands. Helicopters do not have overhead lockers. For questions about individual items or oversize baggage pls do not hesitate to contact us. Should the transport of excess or oversize baggage be required we may also organze this seperately or provide alternatives.

How do I get from the landing site to the hotel / to my final destination?

On special request we are pleased to organise limousine service or luxury cars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, Mercedes or Maserati.

Within 24 hours you will receive our commercial offer. To confirm your flight a bank transfer or credit card charge authorisation has to follow. Should the flight be booked 14 days before departure, it is sufficient to anticipate 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% has to be transferred within 7 days before departure.
